Softly conforms for greater comfort
Exufiber® gently conforms to the wound bed 1 when both wet and dry, making it easy to apply and designed to be comfortable for the patient.
Cavity wounds can take time to heal, so a dressing that is not only effective, but also comfortable to wear is important. Improving the patient’s experience of a dressing during wear and during changes can help improve concordance to treatment.
In a study 2 of diabetic foot ulcers, 89.9% of patients found Exufiber® comfortable to wear and all patients said they would use the dressing again.
98% of clinicians reported patient comfort during wear as ‘good’ or ‘very good’ 3

Exufiber
Hydrolock® Technology keeps exudate locked into its fibres, but this structure also gives Exufiber® its high wet tensile strength to keep the dressing intact when wet, without the need for further reinforcement, making it easy to remove in one piece

Exufiber
Exufiber® is made with Hydrolock® Technology to both absorb exudate and keep it locked in to the fibres. This includes exudate containing bacteria, which stays locked in 4 , preventing the bacteria from re-entering the wound bed.

EXUFIBER
Superior* lock-in properties 5 for less risk of maceration. 98.6% of clinicians found Exufiber’s® ability to lock in exudate as ‘good’ or ‘very good’ 3
* When comparing lab test results 5 , for retention under pressure with Aquacel®, Aquacel® Extra™, Durafiber◊ and UrgoClean® dressings
